The Casa Hartenbos concept was developed by Ernst van Biljon who offers vacation accommodation in the form of self-catering units to the vacationer. The sea villas in Hartenbos are approximately 40 km from George Airport.  It is located on the Cape's South Coast which is known for its beautiful scenery, variety of attractions as well as being ideal for swimming, fishing and whale watching.  The villas are a comfortable 250m walk from the popular Hartenbos beach and also about 400m from the amusement and waterpark as well as the new Seafront development with well-known shops and various restaurants and banking facilities.

Casa Hartenbos is a duet development in Hartenbos near the sea where the two wings are a mirror image of each other.
